WE DO NOT OFFER BOARDING, OVERNIGHT STAYS, LIVE-IN/HOUSESITTING SERVICES

How do I get started?

1. Please fill out our online form and tell us a little about your pet. We customize our services to best fit your pet's needs. 


2. Schedule your thirty-minute in home onboarding consultation. We will come to your home to meet you and your pet so we can get acquainted and go over your pet's usual routine. We will also leave a lock box for you to leave a key in for us for services and pick up your keys to be kept in our office (no identifying information will be on the tag).

3. Schedule visits through your private, secure and convenient app. You can use the app to request services, request changes to services, receive visit reports with photos of your pet following each visit, communicate with your sitter and management and make payments securely. We want pet care to be hassle free for you!

No. We know you and your pet depend on us and we will be there unless the weather has made the roads treacherous. One of the advantages of having a team of pet sitters to care for your pets is that if the sitter scheduled to visit your pet(s) has an emergency, there are always backups to ensure that your pet(s) miss a visit! If inclement weather is forecasted during your absence please have a neighbor on emergency standby.

Do YOU cancel scheduled walks or visits?

What if I need to cancel my services?

We do understand that plans can change. There is no charge for cancellations when adequate notice is given. 
For Pet Sitting Visits- 
Since pet sitting services are paid for in full at when they are scheduled and we have reserved that time just for your pet on the schedule, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

7+ days before scheduled start = 100% refund 

3-6 days before scheduled start = 50% refund

0-2 days before scheduled start = no refund

For Regularly Scheduled Weekly Recurring Walks-

  Unless due to an emergency, we ask that you cancel your dog walk no later than 8PM the evening before we are scheduled to visit. Cancellations after 8pm the day before will be charged the full walk rate. 

Will my dog be walked in bad weather?

Regardless of the weather dogs have to go potty. We will use our best judgement based on weather, breed, age and physical condition to determine if their walk should be shortened. If they have a shorter walk we will play with them indoors where it may be safer for them.

Can I Schedule Last Minute Care?

We try our best to be there for our existing clients when you need us. We cannot guarantee last minute requests but we do our utmost to accommodate your requests.

Can You Give My Pet Medications?

Yes! If your pet requires pills, a topical medication or pretty much anything that doesn't require a veterinary technician license we can help you. We may need to schedule a visit to learn how to administer their medication best.
